About this siteThe mambo-news.org site has been built with the world's most popular CMS - Mambo! This is a basic install of Mambo Lite 4.6.5. The site uses the following 3rd party extensions: Thick-RSS module from Horst Lindlbauer; Featured Item module from David Thomas; Digg module from Justin Cook; Run Digital RSS from Robert Deutz. The site uses one template for the whole site, with one index.php handling the different output through the use of a few PHP conditionals to specify where modules should display. The news submission form is an updated version of the news submission form that has been used on the official Mambo news sites for several years. There are no other add-ons, extensions, components or additions of any kind. The list here is all that is used to produce this web site. Hosting is generously provided by DedicatedNOW. No animals were harmed in the making of this site. |
